The mission of the Zero Balancing Health Association is to promote health and healing in the world using touch to integrate energy and structure. The Association was founded in 1991 to promote and support the teaching and practice of Zero-Balancing, a hands-on body/mind system designed by Dr Fritz Smith in 1973 to align body energy with the bodys physical structure. It represents the integration of Eastern views of energy with Western views of science, and teaches how to use energy as a working tool in relation to body structure.
The hallmarks of ZB are the integration of the clients body energy with their body structure; creating clearer, stronger fields of energy in the body/mind; and balancing energy in the densest tissues of the body: the bone and skeletal system.
The desired outcome of a Zero Balancing session is to help relieve physical and mental symptoms; to improve the ability to deal with life stresses; to organize vibratory fields thereby promoting the sense of wholeness and well being.
